Under no circumstances are you allowed to use the company’s services and website unlawful purposes, or those which may be detrimental to ARCUS and its affiliates. You are also prohibited from reselling, redistributing, and using any of the ARCUS’s materials for purposes not related to lead generation, website development, business consulting, web presence, web site hosting, and other related services.

Users are not allowed to use spiders, page scrapers, any other automated program or device or manual process for acquiring, copying, accessing or monitoring the ARCUS site or any of its content and data.

SUBMISSION TO ARCUS

Any materials and content submitted to ARCUS become the exclusive property of ARCUS. This includes questions, comments, suggestions, plans, notes, drawings, and any other materials or information provided by you to the company whether by e-mail or any other means. All such content will be treated with the strictest confidentiality as outlined in the terms of our privacy policy. Although this information will not be provided to any unauthorized third party as detailed in our privacy policy, ARCUS reserves the right to use this information in an unrestricted manner in order for the company’s own purposes without any further obligation to you.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

ARCUS reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to the company’s website or services at any time, with or without cause or notice. In the event of termination or suspension, the user’s right to use the ARCUS website will cease effective immediately. In the event that you have a prior contractual agreement with ARCUS, the terms and conditions of that particular contract will supersede this termination provision.

INDEMNIFICATION

By using ARCUS’s website and services, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold the company, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, and employees free from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs and attorney’s fees that may arise directly or indirectly from your use of the company’s website and services.

In the event that any part of these terms & conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable as it pertains to applicable law, then the specific provision will be considered superseded by a valid provision that most closely matches the provision’s original intent. In such instances, the remainder of ARCUS’s terms & conditions will continue to apply.

ARCUS reserves the right to assign this agreement, whether in its entirety or in part, at any time with or without prior notice. Users are not allowed to assign this agreement, or assign, transfer or sub license user rights in the Site. Except when otherwise stated, these terms & conditions constitute the entire agreement between users and ARCUS.
